Going to be late?
In the best interest of all of our stylists and clients, we must follow a late policy. If the client arrives 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be a Grove + Evelyn Signature Style only (no wash). If the client arrives 15 or more minutes past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled to another day or time depending on availability.

All cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the start time of the appointment. Clients who do not contact us will be charged 20% of the service that was booked.
