Going to be late?
In the best interest of all of our stylists and clients, we must follow a late policy. If the client arrives 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be abbreviated to a service that will fit in sytlists' schedule. If the client arrives 15 or more minutes past the scheduled appointment time without notice, the appointment may have to be rescheduled to another day or time depending on availability.
Need to cancel an appointment?
CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOWS THE DAY OF service will be charged 100% to the credit card saved on file at the time of booking.
ANY CANCELLATIONS BETWEEN 24 - 48 hours will be charged 50% of service charge.
All credit cards will be saved for these reasons only.
