Going to be late?
In the best interest of all of our stylists and clients, we must follow a late policy. If the client arrives 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be abbreviated to a service that will fit in sytlists' schedule. If the client arrives 15 or more minutes past the scheduled appointment time without notice, the appointment may have to be rescheduled to another day or time depending on availability.

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the appointment. Clients who do not contact us within that window will be charged 20% of the service that was booked. NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the service that was booked. All credit cards will be saved for this reason only.
